The reason why Korea has developed in IT so well and fast

I sent a gentle and cheerful male Korean business person from Haneda Airport to a hotel in Tokyo.

In a conversation with him, I praised Korea as she has developed in IT industry so well and so fast. And after that I asked him why has she been succussful?

He answered, “I think that’s because we’re mostly short-tempered.”

I asked him as a confirmation, “Oh, you mean, you can’t wait. So, you really wanted to make your life better and faster?”

He answered, “Yes.”
